My Story

Why I Started Whitfield Property Group

Healthcare taught me responsibility, discipline and putting people first.

While working full-time in healthcare, I developed a deep passion for property investing. I spent my limited spare hours researching markets, analysing data, and eventually building my own personal investment portfolio while balancing a demanding career.

Through that experience, I realised how difficult it is for busy Australians especially healthcare professionals working shift work, long hours, and unpredictable schedules to find the time and independent guidance needed to make confident property decisions.

I saw an industry heavily weighted against buyers, where traditional agents represent the seller's interests, and buyers are often passed around as numbers. That experience inspired me to create Whitfield Property Group: a founder-led buyer's agency built on trust, empathy, and absolute independence.
